Kersh Law Firm – Why They Are Considered The Best

After going through a divorce last year I have been recommending the law firm I used to anyone who will listen. Kersh law firm are a fantastic operation who greatly helped me during one of the toughest times of my life. In the months leading up to the divorce I had tried and failed with many attorneys and legal teams, ho I either felt didn’t believe in the case, didn’t have the manner that I as looking for, or in the case of some there was an arrogance about them which didn’t sit right with me. Given how hard it is to find a great law firm, here is why I would recommend Kersh to just about anyone who is going through a divorce.

Empathetic

I set up a meeting with Kersh to discuss the case and I instantly felt understood, they explained to me how the process would work and they did so in a clam and supportive manner. I was made to feel completely comfortable and the staff which they have there are truly wonderful people.

Professional

I did have some concerns after the first meeting that they were perhaps too nice, I wasn’t sure if that was a great skill for a lawyer to have. I needn’t have worried however because after deciding to go with Kersh, I saw just how professional, direct and powerful they could really be. There is something so refreshing about having a strong lawyer on your side who is kind-hearted with you, and prepared to pull up trees in order to get you the win.

Communication

The communication between my attorney and I was first class, the entire process was explained to me and every action which we took went through me first. I suspect they had already put the action in place before speaking to me but this wasn’t important, the fact that they kept me in the loop was just what I needed.

Support

Something else which I got from Kersh, despite not expecting it, was sound advice throughout the process. My ex-partner and I have 2 children together who of course had to be shielded from what was going on, my legal team were able to give me some great advice on how we could collectively help the children to come through this process with as little damage as possible.

Winners

Not only did I win a favorable settlement, I won it having had the most supportive and comfortable process which I could have imagine. All of the horror stories that those other law firms turned out to be untrue and the professionalism and the loyalty which this legal team showed me was simply brilliant.
