In my eyes the olpc will be the best laptop ever made. What it lacks in computational power (360Mhz), and storage size (512MB flash) it makes up with with being truly portable, energy efficient, surprisingly tough and daylight readable. It's 100$ a pice - now, why did I put it in the priceless category? Well, you have to order at least a million units - which puts it out of range for nearly everyone. So, if you hear me Mr. Negroponte: I want one!

I keep thinking that those of us who can afford to pay more than $100 should be allowed to buy them, but charged a higher price, $150 maybe, so that we are helping to subsidize the project.
