Panier Container / Table 8860
Panier is the first object to be designed for Kartell by the critically-acclaimed design team of Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec. Rigorous technological and functional research resulted in Panier - this container/basket/table in a simple shape. Comprised of four modules forming the quarters of the table base in a shiny, transparent circle which creates optical effects with light. Each quarter is attached to each other using opaque joints and stability is achieved simply by using inserts. Panier is a container which can be closed on top with a transparent lid in polycarbonate and it can easily be used as an end/coffee table or as a container for storing magazines, newspapers, knitting, etc. Panier is made of transparent polycarbonate and is available in a variety of colours. A wonderful addition to the Kartell family of objects by two of retromodern's favorite designers!
