WHAT WE BELIEVE

1. People should be able to decide which products are worth loving. Shopping should be democratic...no pushy marketing allowed!
2. Discovery should be social -- that is why we are working on building the perfect shared shopping experience.
3. Life is too short not to enjoy and laugh, therefore our site is a mix of innovative design and plain awesome (sometimes random) stuff.
4. The world is full of amazing products and even more amazing people; let's all help each other find stuff that we'll like, totally love.

WHO IS BEHIND THE CODE?

We're an American run, Swedish optimized, German managed, Irish built and Italian designed company that finds Berlin the perfect environment for an innovative internet start-up. Unlike our competitors who raised millions just to be acquired, the current managing partner and a few German angel investors agreed that we can make a tidy profit helping people discover and buy new products.

THE TEAM

Anthony Barba [United States of America]

Anthony is the Managing Partner in ILTLI. Anthony moved from New York to Berlin because he believes that social networks are changing the way people shop.

Stephan Hahne – [Bundesrepublik Deutschland]

Is our very own economist who studied in Bremen, Germany, and New York City, who now acts as the company consigliere liaison, between our international team in Berlin and cultural German challenges. He knows the company vision very well as he has been working for ILTLI from the very start.

Enda O'Donoghue [Ireland]

Mr. O'Donoghue is an emerging contemporary artist whose work has been exhibited in Berlin, New York and the Shanghai World's Fair who develops the site you are using right now.

Davide Dal Colle [Repubblica Italiana]

Davide is all about simplicity and human approach applied to user interface design. He makes our confused ideas beautiful. He is also passionate about photography, animation and illustration.

Jeremy Pingul [United States of America]

Jeremy is a student of Indiana University and works on business development for the site. As an aspiring entrepreneur, he is learning a great deal about internet start-ups from ILTLI. Over the years he has managed to collect a few international nicknames such as Pringles, Abu-al Jim, 彭哲瑞, Yusuf, and the ILTLI favorite, Remi.

Meredith Mayer [United States of America]

Meredith is a Global Business student from NYC who helps with site content management. She's with Teamloveit to learn a bit about social media and to get a feel for international business management. She is well-known for her ability to sing Ice Ice Baby better than Vanilla himself.

Angel Leung [香港]

Angel is our blog editor from Hong Kong SAR. She loves words and writing, as well as knowing the concept and people behind a design, a film, or a book. That's why she loves reading the author bios, watching "making-of" videos, and browsing designers' websites. Her job is to discover cool products and introduce the talents who made them.

Mar Clapés Gutiérrez [Cataluyna]

Mar is our Audio-Visual Communications specialist from Barcelona, Catalonia. She is working with the ILTLI Berlin team to help improve media and design aspects of the site. She also makes a mean birthday present music video, should anyone be seeking an editor.
